We were delighted to learn that the total amount of money given by the families we serve on MuchLoved has, during January 2023, passed £1 million. It’s a remarkable achievement and very much thanks to the amazing families and friends who have given donations on behalf of people they’ve lost. Countless charities and good causes, both local and international, have benefitted from their generosity.

Secure donations
MuchLoved is the memorial tribute charity which provides our online donation portal on the Hunnaball Family Funeral Group website. The portal allows our branch teams based in Essex and Suffolk to set up a unique page for every deceased person we look after so that financial donations can be handled securely and distributed promptly.
When someone dies, they or their family like to support a favourite charity, or one that has cared for them or their family. It can be a great comfort to know that others in need will benefit from memorial donations offered from the midst of grief. Thanks to our partnership with MuchLoved, these donations can be given safely and simply online, in the knowledge that every penny will go directly to the good cause.
Thoughts and memories
MuchLoved pages are more than simply places to give donations. Our teams can upload details of the location and time of a funeral service, including a map or directions. Families can then include the link when they contact people with news and details of arrangements.
Additionally, each visitor to the memory page can easily leave a message of condolence or a memory. Many grieving families are so busy with arrangements and details before the funeral that they can forget kind words and messages. Thanks to their MuchLoved page, family and friends can receive a record of compassionate words and fond memories after the funeral when they have more time to appreciate them.
