Training and Education

We have always been pro-active when it comes to training within our profession, and we organise visits to our branches for many different groups.

Our Vision

“To be outstanding in all aspects of the services we provide.
To be a centre of excellence for learning and development.
To be innovators and leaders in our profession.
To create, develop and encourage our people to fulfil their potential.
To retain and enhance our reputation as the premier family funeral service in the region.”

Focus on training and education

We have always been pro-active when it comes to training within our profession, and we organise visits to our branches for many different groups.

Our ‘Laying the Myths to Rest’ seminars have been very popular and well attended over the years, giving care professionals the opportunity to learn more about the work we do.

Supporting the community

Melanie Hunnaball has been doing talks for many years to a wide range of clubs and organisations on the role of the lady funeral director, bringing a light touch and gentle humour to a sensitive subject.

We provide both inhouse and external training and development for all areas of the funeral industry and care sectors.

We are a centre for excellence and education.

Sarah Waterson our Community Relations Manager will be happy to discuss any training requirements, talks and presentations. Please email Sarah:  [email protected]
