Do I need to make an appointment to arrange a funeral?

It is not strictly necessary to make an appointment, but most people find that it is a good idea. You are welcome to drop into our offices, but it often takes a couple of hours to talk through the arrangements that you would like, and to make a range of choices, so it is a good idea to make sure that our arrangement rooms will be free for you to take your time and think things through quietly. Some people prefer to make arrangements over the phone, especially if they have a good idea of what they want, or are making arrangements from some distance away. Others prefer a virtual meeting, or to brief us by email, and that’s fine too.
