Latest arrangements to help us all to stay safe:

As you will be aware, the UK Government recently announced some changes to the now familiar COVID-19 tier system, with more areas being placed in to tier 3. We are continuing to maintain all our services, as we did through both lockdowns, and to observe all the necessary guidance measures.

We are very concerned to keep you, our clients, and all our staff, as safe as possible as we carry out our duties. Therefore, while the tier system is in force, we would ask you please to observe the following measures:

  • Please DO NOT visit any of our branches without first making an appointment, so that we can keep footfall and, therefore, contact to a minimum.
  • Please do respect social distancing at all times and give everyone plenty of space.
  • Unless prevented by a medical condition, please wear a mask at all times, when on our premises, or meeting with our staff.

In order to protect everyone, we encourage you to allow us to help you in making funeral arrangements using telephone and e-mail. We may be able, in some circumstances, to offer a home visit, but we will of course observe all the guidelines, and will ask you to do the same.

We want you to feel comfortable when talking to us, so please be assured that our teams will be doing their utmost to guide you through all of the necessary arrangements with all the sympathy and understanding that you have come to expect from us.

Contact details for your local branch can be found here.

You can be reassured to know that we set great store by your trust in us and we are continuing to work hard to deliver the service that you need. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation during this difficult time for us all.

Please do stay safe and take good care of yourselves, especially over the festive period.

With every good wish,

Trevor, Melanie, Saul, Chris, Polly and the Hunnaball team.
