'Light a Candle Services of Remembrance'

At the new venue of ‘St Mary’s Church’, Whitton, Ipswich, Hunnaball of Ipswich hosted their annual ‘Light a Candle Service of Remembrance’ on Saturday 13th November.

We were delighted to welcome ‘Holmwood House Preparatory School Chamber Choir’ who sang beautifully for the second year running. The Service was led by the Reverend Andrew Dotchin.

On Saturday 20th November Hunnaball of Colchester held the 10th Anniversary of their ‘Light a Candle Service of Remembrance. Colchester’s Mayor, Cllr Sonia Lewis and Sgt Patterson from Wattisham were among our guests and we were honoured they attended. The Service was led by Father Peter Walker.

Those who attended left with a feeling of hope, drawing strength from others in the congregation, who, like them, had suffered the pain of bereavement.
